Hiromi Paper International has beautiful papers for sale.

This site about a Papermill in France is a great reference for western style papermaking
and of course a papermaker can't live without issues of Hand Papermaking
Check out Magnolia Editions for Papermaking supplies.
Magnolia is the only papermaking supply house in the Bay Area.
They are also famous for their printmaking studio.
