Class Description:
Participants will focus on mastering sheet formation from kozo,
the bark of the paper mulberry. This workshop will provide the
basics of traditional papermaking techniques; sheet forming,
couching and air-drying. We will form sheets with a western style
mould and deckle adding plant material of your choice for color
and texture. At the end of the day, you will have gorgeous,
beautifully formed sheets for binding, drawing, painting,
printing, marbling and lanterns.

All materials included.
Please bring lunch or shop at one of Bolinas' grocery stores.
